SINA® toys are developed and manufactured with the utmost care and in compliance with all legal requirements for toy safety: e.g. EN 71, Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EG, EU directives on the safety of toys, German regulation on the safety of toys 2.ProdSV.

We also expect the same high standards of our suppliers, who must provide us with certification that their materials and components are safe for children. Otherwise we cannot use the materials.

Compliance with the requirements specified in EN 71-1 ‘Mechanical and Physical Properties’ can be carried out by SINA in house, using standardised testing equipment. Compliance with the requirements specified in EN 71-3 ‘Migration of Certain Elements’ is carried out by an independent testing institute.
